How do I identify an INVALID drug test result with the T-Cube?

If a colored band is not visible in the Control Region (C) or a colored band is only visible in the Test Region (T), the test is invalid. Another test should be opened and run to re-evaluate the specimen. If the test still provides an invalid result, please contact customer service toll free 1-866-323-7336. When calling, be sure to provide the Lot Number and the Item Code of the test shown on pouch.
