Return/Cancellation Policy
- No unauthorized returns. Call Toll Free 1-866-323-7336 to obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
- Orders sent back without a RMA number clearly marked on the box will be refused.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the original purchase date
- A 15% re-stocking fee may be charged for all returned items.
- No shipping charges will be refunded.
- Under federal regulations for in-vitro test devices, only un-opened, sealed diagnostic or forensic test, test containers or vials, or test kits may be returned for credit.
- A copy of the original invoice, order number or packing slip must be included in all returned order.
